This Suzuki GT 250C is an unusual machine as it is the very last of the Suzuki GT 250 series.
This particular example is in near concourse condition but don’t let that fool you as it runs and rides beautifully too. The bike has a really interesting history in that it belonged to the restorer’s friend, who sadly passed away and the bike was left outside for many years.
Eventually David, the restorer, took on the complete process of bringing this machine back to its former glory and boy what a job he did! The engine has been rebuilt, new crankshaft, pistons rebored, rewired, all the chrome is new, as are the fasteners and of course the paint work.
The paint work is interesting in that all the bodywork is brand-new genuine Suzuki old stock! That’s right, the tank and side panels haven’t been repainted, they are as Suzuki would’ve produced them back in 1978.
The history file is very impressive and the machine is an absolutely unbelievable condition. It has to be seen to be believed.
The bike will give its new owner much joy to ride or show, I’m sure.
